# Security

LandingNet is a **non-custodial** platform. Your funds stay in your Hyperliquid wallet at all times.

## How It Works

| Step           | Mechanism         | Purpose                                       |
| -------------- | ----------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| Connect wallet | Browser extension | Link your address |
| Sign in | Message signature | Prove wallet ownership (free, no gas) |
| Builder fees | EIP-712 signature | Authorize fee collection (capped at max rate) |
| Exchange       | EIP-712 signature | Authorize trading on one subaccount           |

No passwords, no emails, no account creation.

## What LandingNet Can Do

* Execute trades on your **approved subaccount only**
* Place market and limit orders
* Collect builder fees per trade (capped at the rate you approved)

## What LandingNet Cannot Do

* Withdraw any funds
* Access your private keys
* Trade on your master account
* Trade on unapproved subaccounts
* Charge fees above the approved max rate

## Revoking Access

Go to Dashboard > Exchange Connections > **"Revoke"**. Revocation is instant -- no trades will be executed after that, even if a bot is still set to "Enabled". Existing open positions on Hyperliquid remain and must be managed manually.
